Royal Copenhagen Ovenware can withstand temperatures up to 230°C (445°F).
However, please be aware of the following guidelines:
· Allow ovenware taken from a refrigerator to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before placing it in a hot oven.
· Keep ovenware at least 10 cm from the oven grill
· The base of the dish should be at least 50 % covered with liquid or food while cooking
· Do not expose ovenware to a naked flame such as a gas hob or grill
· Do not place ovenware straight from a hot oven and onto unprotected, cold or wet surfaces.
· Always ware oven mitts and proceed with care when handling hot ovenware
